The Ittwaaaaar Thing – Brewing Connections!

A coffee morning can sometimes be invigorating for the mind and soul. As we sipped and smelled the coffee , we went into a self awareness inside our minds and scanned it for a little while to bring up thoughts for discussion , to make it a meaningful morning for all of us.

Maybe it was the intoxicating aroma of the coffee or the sweet smell of the frankincense in the room that created this magic carpet transformation . But whatever it was, we were suddenly transported happily to an emotional platform, where we shared our innermost traumas, battles , exchanged ideas and came out in brightness bathed with new wisdom and vibrant energy .

There is so much to learn every day from each other. There is so much wisdom in each of us which we do not get to share and unlock. There is so much love that gets lost because it is not expressed, so many invaluable thoughts that get thrown away because it doesn’t find a listener , so much pain that comes from feeling too much and so much feeling of isolation that gnaws inside thinking the situation is unique to us and not anybody else’s on this whole planet! Such a wonderful jumble of human emotions that make us human and yet creates more confusion than providing clarity and direction . Paradoxical indeed .

That is why we created this interactive dialogue table . We are all equal here, sharing our thoughts and helping each other with our own experiences and learnings. ‘Together’ the power of wisdom has sharper teeth and a brighter eye and a bigger heart . And this power of ‘together’ helps us to see that we are all in the same rain , or the same terrain which is vulnerable to the same rain and storm and thunder . And that we all have the power in us to ride the waves.

A simple coffee morning created such beautiful vibes for the mind . Self care, self love is important for Brain Health.

It is our responsibility to look after our own Mental Health and spread the awareness of the importance of mental health for a healthy and holistic life.

Join us for more interactions and dialogues on every second Sunday of the month .

Some important thing we need to remember for building and protecting good mental health.

  1. Building Resilience. Practice empathy, grow emotional intelligence, develop a positive growth mindset and hone other critical tools to tap into when things don’t go as planned.
  2. Facing Emotional Exhaustion and Depletion. Learn the difference between practicing energy management vs. time management and help students explore ways to recover from emotional depletion and enhance their energy levels.
  3. Setting Boundaries. Help students learn to say “no” with confidence while creating healthy boundaries as they navigate difficult family dynamics, relationship concerns, academic pressures, parents wanting to be over-involved and much more.
