“Meet Sohini, or Soh as we fondly call her, the fearless leader of WITH. Imagine a chai-fueled HER(O) with a passion for supporting women and a knack for being the neighborhood’s go-to person. That’s our Soh for you, and of course, also the creative force behind all our digital, community, and concord magic here.
After 15 years in corporate roles across various industries, Soh decided to bring her passion project to life, using technology to connect and empower women. Once ‘technically challenged,’ she’s now our tech-savvy pioneer. With Soh at the helm, we’re on a mission to make community living a thriving reality. Foundation
Founded on a quiet October afternoon in 2023, WITH began as a WhatsApp group of just 10 women and the belief of something much bigger.
Delhi NCR Launch
Successfully launched specialized WhatsApp communities across Delhi-NCR, hosted fortnightly events spanning varied interests, and grew to our first 250 members across age groups, neighbourhoods, and passions.
Mumbai & Bangalore Expansion
Expanded to Mumbai and Bangalore in response to growing community demand and momentum across cities.
Platform Growth
Recorded active 750 members and facilitated 120 meet-ups across all genres and geographies
